Description
This little guys are very young Honey fungus (eatable). I found them on a little moss-covered place in our forests. They look so cute - I leave them there and only took a shot.
When we like to eat them, we let them a short time cook in boiling water and then strain them through a sieve. Then we add butter, peeper, salt and caraway seed to the pan and let them roast a while. I hope you understand my recipe.
