Thank you all for you wonderful and informative comments i now know thanks to Rob(DEBBIELOVE)that the RAF Red Arrow's fly the latest upgraded BAE Systems Hawk T1, so thank you rob for that information. i'm with you Jeff, i too hope they don't disband because of high cost of fuel it would be such a shame, and i really do hope yourself and Dave(magnus073) get a chance to see one of these displays.
This upload is just a fun one as it wasn't until i uploaded it that i noticed this bird in the fligh path of the Red Arrows lol. Our birds are tough lol.

A very brave bird, taking on ten aircraft. Even the lone bird could cause untold damage if in collision with any of those jets, I was watching the Police interceptors the other night and it showed collision damage to one of their helicopters, very nasty. Another excellent capture Caren, it seems you had a good day for it as well, that sky makes an excellent backdrop. Bravo!!!!!
