BIO I have been on the computer since the dawn of connectivity and would be lost without it! My first program was Bryce in the early part of the 1990's....still haven't' quite got that program down...lol. I found fractals with the program Ultra Fractal and have bounced around numerous fractal generators till finding a home with Garth Thornton's XenoDream. Haven't' given up on Bryce, as a matter of fact, I continue to upgrade the program as new versions come along, I am hoping that one day the light bulb will go on, lets say I hope I have multiple light bulbs and I can enjoy using my poser, daz and 3D max too...LOL
I enjoy imparting humor and or memories in my work with stories that depict what I see, I hope you enjoy them... If you thought food was good for the soul, I agree.  As Excecutive Chef in a new restaurant I am opening with the owner.......LIFE COULD NEVER BE BETTER THAN THIS...taking over 30 years of experience in professional kitchens and putting it all together for this last hooooooraaaaaaaaaa LOVING LIFE

74 i was 29 ,my dad had died two years earlier ( mom 10 yrs before that), my little sister ( 12) and I struck out for the great California dream leaving NYC behind...we ended up in a small house in Fairfax ( marin County) rent was $250 a month and we settled in for a long winters nap... luck my friend in your Job search...might think about striking out on your own..scary but well worth it if one suceeds... bob oh yea cool xd....

Hehe. 74 I had cancer. I don't remember much, but those colors, and places like the Cheyenne Rodeo and Asbury Park in their heyday. I had a very good job, and they paid all the expenses and even my extra time off from work. A job means everything. My thoughts are with you. Be well and dig in. I had to dig in a lot of times so far. Knock on wood. Thanks for the memories, and my hope is that one day you'll sort this time out very differently, as I've been able to do with 1974.

Thanks for sharing your carnival with us, I'm sure it will cheer up anyone, it's so bright and happy. Luck to you, anyone would be lucky to hire you.

In 74, I was running myself ragged with 3 year old twins and working full time. Colorado had a pretty harsh winter and then from there on it was nice. Gorgeous work. I do hope something comes up on the job market soon. Hugs, Bunny

Gorgeous image! In '74 I remember my son was a baby and I was working my first job. Life was hard then, but I didn't know any better. I wouldn't go back for anything. Good luck with the job situation and I hope you find something real soon.

I'm glad you took some time out from that ghastly job hunting scene to create this beautiful thingy. Super work. I'm blowed if I can remember what happened in 74. I was probably job seeking!!!!

Love it . . . Imaginative and clever as always.

'74, wow, long time ago. This looks like a handcrafted ferris wheel. Not too sturdy, but that would be typical for these hand knit ferris wheels, grins. Wonderful memories you have of being 14 .. that was eons ago for me .. pre-history, if I remember correctly, LOL!! Doing the usual thing for luck at job hunting .. lighting candles, burning incense, saying prayers, reciting mantras, can we cast some spells? Perhaps sprinkle magical digital dust on the resumes posted on line. Truly keeping fingers crossed for luck in finding something. Cold comfort that you are one of millions waiting for your first unemployment check. This sucks.

A wonderful carnival image. Yes, the news is bad and probably will get worse, but art lives on even in bad times.
