Description
We took Maya for her very first walk in the big wide world today. Took her up to Cannock Chase forest. We were amazed at how she loved it. Usually, pups are frightened on a first walk and often just sit, refusing to budge, but not Maya.....progress was a tad slow though because she wanted to sniff at EVERYTHING in her path!!
The ground there was very waterlogged and poor Stuart found out the hard way that the side of one of his trainers had split from the sole. I tried not to laugh as I have a really bad cough at the moment and laughing makes it worse...so I'm laughing NOW ----

Anyhoo, despite temps again tomorrow hovering just above freezing, we'll probably take her again and if we do, this time I'll take me camera ;-)

I find this one a tad disquieting. Think it's the dark clouds(?) looming up. They seem rather ominous to me.
