Description

This normally would be underwater....it's a slough off of the Tennessee River at Decatur, AL. This is about 30-40 feet from both the waterline and the point of land at the lakeside park. We have had a severe drought for about 4 years now. Along with the shells, rocks, stumps and other debris there were deer tracks across the almost dry mud. th_12-2-08057.jpg
