Description

BUY THESE CARS!!! Sixty-second in a series of classic vehicles, captured 9/21/08, at the beautiful Palos Verdes Concours d'Elegance, held annually at the beautiful Trump National Golf Club on the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula in overpopulated Southern California. For more information on this event, see my posting for 9/28/08. As always, better viewed zoom size. If nothing else, there are some nice reflections on the Porsche. I believe this cleans out my supply of very late model cars in this Concours d'Elegance series. Tomorrow it's back again to the old classics. Thankx for the visit and all positive comments, and enjoy yourself, it's later than you think.

A bit haunting, I set 1965 as my first ride in anew one after fixing some old ones for owners.

Interesting to see there is very little reflection on a white car but plenty on a darker cars. Fascinating double delight.

Looks like I have to arm-wrestle Carin for the Audi...now that one makes me drool! Wonderful eye candy here, Harry!

I like 'em both Harry...all I need is a key and a slice of autobahn after rush hour is over or early in the a.m. before it begins. Had a Fiat Spyder in the mid 70s that I was able to drive for 30 minutes straight at 105mph between Ansbach and Heidelberg. If I had one of these, I could have clipped off some of that commute time! They do absolutely NOTHING for me , Harry! They signify more money than sense to me. But your pics are super.
