Hey people,
Today I finally managed to catch my breath in the insanity which has been the past few weeks, everything to do with the event we put on is done and dusted, apart from a few more orders to come, and the printing and delivery of the prints.. yes I did get a few orders, somewhere over ten confirmed but expecting more within the coming week to test my pre-Christmas guarantee..! ;)
Anyway, having a small amount of respite allowed me the time to flick through recent shots to see if there's anything worthy as they've pretty much just been dumped on the hard drive with no time to sort through.... came across this funky looking statue among the shots from the same outing as 'Contour' and thought I'd have a little play with it. I shot it from a stationary car so couldn't see any signs of what it was about so I leave it open to interpretation. I wouldn't be surprised, looking at it, if it had four faces, one for each compass direction, but I'm sure you'll allow me a little artistic license with the title... and I'm not sure if his hat spun, I don't think so but it would be quite a nice touch.
Secretly I reckon the one on the left hates the one facing the light on the right - pure jealousy that he doesn't get to see the kind of sunset that there was that very day.... =)
