Description

Fairview & Enid,OK best natural attraction is Oklahoma's famous Galss (or gloss) Mountain. The name comes from millions of sparkling selenite crystals that cover the surface of these bold buttes just south of the Cimarron River

Lots of ore in this area. Nice to see there isn't evidence of strip mining yet. :-) Beautiful long view with the bands of color in the sky pairing well with the bands of color in the mesa
