Description

Hi Everyone, This is of another wedding I did this year. Beautiful spot even though high off the ground. Wonderful view. This couple was great and loved all my ideas. Love weddings as you have models for the day. Even though hectic at time. Can view other wedding photos at www.chrismcqueenimages.com in blog section. Please feel free to comment if you have time. Thanks for viewing. Chris

Really gorgeous spot and a neat wedding photo. One little niggle -- for me the busy (though interesting) forground rocks detract from the couple.

I loved the rock. But did crop it out for another POV for the couple. Thanks Kort.

Clouds in the background give it a nice touch...

I love this image... Very special wedding memory... Now - here's my two cents worth... I would have cropped the image just above the cloud line. At the moment the couple is in the dead zone (dead centre) of the image. That way you keep the interesting rocks and the sense of height... But that's just me! :)

This is absolutely gorgeous--fantastic light and color and a unique POV. It has a very cinematic quality to it and I like it quite a bit.

..the irony of the precipice....is it the pinnacle of their love?...not theirs in particular, but any young couple these days....maybe I think too much...I like the shot and idea!

I'm with you. I adore that rocky soil topped with the windblown grasses but I'm afraid I like it so much I forget there is a lovely couple standing above. Taking this as two shots - one featuring the couple, one featuring the landscape - I love them both!

Lovely to see you posting and with this beautiful capture. You really have caught the wide open spaces feel.

He's saying, I promise I will never watch football on TV or cheat on you. Love the mix of the couple, the multitextured foreground and the partly cloudy sky in the background, Chris.

Now I like the rocks in the shot, I'm sure the happy couple like their cropped version, but I am glad you left the rocks in for this upload Chris. Leaving them in makes it look like the couple are on the top of the world, which I guess they were really. Excellent work, I don't know how you can continue to do weddings, I did four and each one was a nightmare. Mind you I did then with 35mm film not with digital, and as you know if you get it wrong with film there is no deleting the image and having another go to get it right. Fantasic image. Bravo!!!!!
