Description

Hey all I took this the week before I went in the hospital... Spent 10 days in there with pneumonia...and the Dr wanted me to stay 7 more but had to get home and pay the bills..I told everyone I had I V fluids for Thanksgiving....LOL....well in honesty I did...but did have the Turkey dinner just not good as the one I could of made...I lost my favorite Aunt 2 days before that..she was 95 the last of my mom's brother and sister's....She was such a special lady everyone loved her... We've gotten a lil snow but lately more sleet and ice than snow..but I am sure that will come along soon enough.... I am feeling some better but still not up to par... Need to try and go to one store here in town and try to buy a few gifts..seems I can't make it to Campbellsville....since hubby doesn't get home until 3am and has to sleep then turn back around and go back to work......but at least he has a job for now.......he signed on a temp but from what I hear as hard as he is working I think they will keep him full time...You all keep your fingers crossed... Felt half way decent enough to upload this pic today...tho I have had it awhile...I just had to get the energy to do it......... Hope you all had a Happy Thankgiving and are in the Christmas spirit..To me I just want to get through the holidays out of the hospital this year... Adjusted hue brightness, saturation added border and frame All post work done PSP9 TY for your comments and feed back Hugs n love Susan aka Blush~

This is a very nice shot and the little dew droplets give it an extra special touch. I hope Santa grants your wish to be home and not in the hospital this month. I'm sure you are on his Nice List and not the Naughty one! I'm not sure I can say the same for myself but I hope I'm on the Nice one too.

I'm glad you are back. I already suspected you were in the hospital over the holiday since I did not hear from you. Must you get out in this weather? I know you are as hard headed as a piece of granite so I won't say more, but you take care. This shot sure puts the chill on me...Great job.

I remember walking on grass like this going to school in the morning, this brought back quite a few memories. We are expecting out 3rd major storm Sat. Sun and Mon. this time the snow level is expected to drop to 15oo feet. That will put snow on the ground here where I live at 4000 feet. How much, they dont' know yet!!! Temps in the 15 - 29 degree range, but still not for shure yet!!! I hope you have a nice quiet and warm Christmas. you and yours!!! Your friend, Lightpen

The coldness of the grass is self evident from your excellent capture Susan. I'm sorry you've been poorly again, but I feel sure you will be well enough to enjoy Christmas with your family. Here's hoping! Well done Susan! Steve :o)
