Description

Sand Lizard (Zauneidechse, Lacerta agilis), one of my very few photos of the category "wild and controlled". Usually I prefer wildlife photos (and the animals) to be unaffected by the photographer. Speaking of "eye to eye"-perspective some pics ago, for this photo I laid down on the ground completely (wish I had a "making of" lol...). :) Hope you have a nice day! Regards, Karsten

The detail is wonderful here as is the pov. I like that the claws are so well shown, including the finger used for scooping and wrapping around things that has no claw.
