All my troubles seemed so far away,

I was going to put up my Christmas image today but yesterday I was lying down in my room when I heard this loud crash and banging noise from the living room...I thought someone was trying to break in so went to see what was happening...My Nativity was torn apart, pieces laying on the floor and scattered across the room:-( As I started to pick up the pieces I heard loud noises in the dining room, waited to see if someone was coming from there but they didn't so I went there and here was Peanuts...jumping from table to table, chair to chair, climbing the curtains, jumping on to the fridge and then back to the tables...what a ruckus! When he saw me he jumped back on the fridge and as you can see, he sat watching me. I called maintenance to come help get him out and then sat in a chair for nearly an hour so he wouldn't get in the rest of the house and hide...and had the stare down with this crazy squirrel! The second picture is the ceiling in the living room where he chewed through, mind you, he came three stories down!...The third is fuzzy but its him on my Nativity !!!AFTER!!! I fixed it! Now he is in the attic and running through the walls...sheesh!
My appointment is Monday so I hope to have some good news regarding my health then. Many heartfelt thanks to all who have written or commented regarding my health. And also to all those who continue to support my work in my absence. You are greatly appreciated!

Too cute! We get squirrels in sometimes because we have an old house with small openings in the stone foundation. They can cause havoc.

Wow, what an adventure! He sure looks like he's staring you down pretty good there in that first shot. What a shame that he did so much damage. We're forever having to chase them back out of the shop - we'd be in a world of hurt if one of them ever got into a Franz cabinet! Just one of the pitfalls of feeding the little guys, I guess.
