Description

Number 4 of the series of learning the parameter settings. Again, using Sazzart's (I spelled it right this time) suggestions, I played around with the lighting, moving the spotlight and the two distance lights and changing the intensities and colours. I'm trying for more subtle effects now, as mikeerson suggested, so hang in there! I told Zlata, who is off scene, to teach Corinda some of the dances of the fae. Here we see Corinda concentrating very hard to Zlata's instructions, which is why you don't see her smiling. Zlata is a very hard task master and is pushing Corinda to her limits. Thank you all for the wonderful comments you've made on my previous images. I really do appreciate them. I've two more characters to pose and post, Bambi and Noria and maybe the She-bot as well. Every body have a great day and stay warm, if you're in the cold regions. Oh, we're starting to get our first snow of the season now. Another note for you, the Lacamas Creek trail series, all those pictures I've posted so far and will post later on, were all taken on the same day in September, that's why you don't see any change in the weather in them. In all the renders I've posted so far, I've done now postwork other than to put my mark on the image. So you're seeing these images as they come out of the render machine.

Lighting is getting better! but her back foot looks a bit strange! Be careful after you use a preset pose that it doen't bend a part too exetremely this happens alot particualary when you use a pose made for a diffrent figure! a good way to avoid it is to have the figure set with limits on if you don't how to to this let know i'll explain it!

Other clothes, black hair and "Castaniettes" in her hands, than she would look like a real nice "Flamenco-Dancer" - Olé. 5+++))) Sunday hugs from Ute

Much better. I rarely use Poser based models; so I'm "not going there;" when you've got your scene set up, experiment with soft shadow settings, it'll enhance detailing - I'm uploading this "Sroom Stop3," might help you see some advantages of softer lighting.

don't know if you've stumbled upon this one yet Mike... click the hip section and you can move your figures hips, up,down, rotate... you'll come up with better poses than just staying with the dials... I like the picture, she makes me feel like she's dancing with a ghost.

Corinda is doing very well, don't you think? Fae dances are very difficult for humans to do, it's all in the mind-set, and humans are way too reality based and don't trust what their senses and gut feelings and ESP tells them. And you .. you are doing some fabulous stuff!! The lighting and the shadows are just awesome!
