A nice fun image. Crazy indeed - no seat-belt, no license plate ... clearly an out of state driver seeking police attention :-) Oh, and if I'm not mistaken he/she is turning from driving the wrong way on a one way street ... Crazy Mouse indeed! No wonder they normally aren't given drivers licenses.
