Description
Image created in parts in Vue 6 and Poser 7 and composited in PSP 9 for Emp Ken's 2008 Contest earlier in the year where it received second prize. Rainbow Lorikeets from Emp Ken's Pet Shop package from Daz. The Scarlet Gum by Angela Hauer from Cornucopia.
These beautiful birds are frequent visitors to our garden in the suburbs of Sydney. When the tree outside our bedroom window is in flower, they come every few hours to feed, and chatter excitedly and noisily.
It is suggested that the full version of this image is viewed to see the birds' plummage.

Very nice image, the flowering gum looks beautiful and at the moment mine is is full bud ready to flower. The lorikeets look very good.. Lorikeets can be very noisy at times but they are lovely birds. Jan
