Description

Each day brings with it a new potential and possibilities for our evolution. Though change may be at times unsettling, it is a positive event in our lives. It brings with it a newfound knowledge and expands our paradigm. It brings us closer to that which we have yet to become. It brings to us a greater awareness of the Self thus allowing us to understand and accept that wonderful person that we are. Living cloistered will not hinder the change but merely slow it down. So today... just for today... give yourself permission to experience new events in your life.... give yourself permission to trust yourself and your capabilities... give yourself permission to believe that you are capable of meeting any and all events in your life. Just for today believe that you can achieve your heart's desire. Take it in small steps. 'Today I choose to be happy... today I choose to love myself... today I choose to be free of fear... today I choose to live my life to the fullest.' If you were to walk a mile, you would not do it in one single step. You would do it in many small steps. Going slowly at first to test the new ground that you cover and then once you are accustomed to the new space, you will add more and more steps until finally you have completed your journey. To make the best choices for yourself is also done in small steps. You are the best You that you can be... so choose to embrace that You which is you and take a few steps forward towards that Greater You. You will be amazed at how much more fun your life can be.
