Description

Making corned beef and cabbage but as usual had to stop and take a picture. Seems once you're into photograhy everything is a photo shoot:)

Perfect for the December forum challenge! I'll take the cabbage, you can have the corned beef. (Just steam it a little bit for me, and maybe smother it in sauteed mushrooms.) :)

When I applied for a place at art school, competition was fierce. 2000 applied, and everyone had to send a self portrait in full colour and a cross section of a cabbage for selection for the second round. 200 were interviewed, including a terrifying practical exam, and 80 got in. This photo brought all that back!!
