We must be at an old arbor. Like the failing plaster on the wall...looks like the profile of either a dog or maybe a lion with his mouth wide open. Always lots to see. Excellent and simple photo. Bill

Nikolay, this is stunning. It's photographic & painterly all at once. How you capture these contrasting textures & hues is a small miracle to me. The sheer white & the wonderful wet gray of the lintel are so beautifully offset by the reds of the leaves (and by their wonderful textures). And the gray wall behind is another whole world of textures. This is another of your symphonies of the simplest visual universes, which you capture like well-hewn characters in a play, each character deeply defined in its own right & all of them captured in one big 'scene' together, separate but connected...I think this is masterful. A definite fav.
