Description
Technology vs. Nature...and the destruction of wild and magical places. Yes, technology has made our lives easier, but the village was long replaced by the metropolis, and people have made themselves into singulars, instead of what once were a people united.
And the magic? It is still there, hiding in the last of the wild untamed places, yet its strength is no equal to man's fierce determination to cover a living, breathing planet with pollution,cement and glass and more and more taking of the wild places; and many who have forgotten the Old Ways and sense of self communing with Nature.
Let us not forget the wild places, nor our spiritual responsibility to stay in contact with it, to feel the earth beneath our feet, and open ears to what the wind has to stay and not be enslaved by technology.
