Thank you all. The odd lights are a Santa Claus display that fell over into a configuration which could be called 'suggestive.' The owner came out next day, righted the display, and put a spot light in front to highlight the fact that it WAS really a holiday decoration and not an advertisement.

I thought the roof lights were a defective Santa sleigh, and nothing more. A good guess, eh? Now how did you get this nice Christmas shot? Climb your backyard tree?
