What a great render!!! Reminds me of science-fiction story that I read when I was a young man. It was about an older advanced race that discovered us but would not gives the secret to faster than light travel. They thought they would deny us access to the rest of the universe. But at the end of the story they were stunned when we set out in millions of ships at slower than FTL speed. We weren't about to be denied the stars.
