Description
A look into an old town in the tuscany (italy). All modeling are done with Cinema4D R11. The textures use bitmaps from cgtextures which I modify to my need. All rooftiles (about 12000) are made out of geometry and be placed into the scene via mograph and vray-proxies. The rendering was done with VRay 1.1 for Cinema4D.

My God - in the first moment I think this is a Photo - but you create this one in Cinema 4D - this is more than excellent - very realistic light - excellent textures and modelling - my V++++ for this photorealistic scene - I think I must learn more. Have a nice Christmas - Regards Umberto
