Description
I made the hair, face morph, most of the accessories and clothes (except the shoes, wrist band and rings, which I just textured). This was fun and very different from making a forest! :-)
I assumed the teenagers in the future will be totally and permanently online. Their "iPod" equivalent and their mobile phones and their computers will no longer be things to carry, it will be things that will be attached to them. And will be all integrated. This is the device you see in her ear, extending to her mouth and right eye. I tried to join here a slight "retro sci-fi" look with the present and with something more futuristic. Maybe reallity will be that these devices are integrated inside the body, not outside, but then I wouldn't have much to show... :-)
Body decoration. I propose that piercings will change into something more "embedded". Also tattoos will be different. I like blue... :-)
Initially, I was going to make her a necklace but then I thought "that's old fashioned". Instead, I thought that it would be cool if external accessories and "embedded piercings" would merge. So, I embedded in her chest two accessories that have the roles of necklace and "piercing" at the same time.
You may wonder why 2064? Well, it'll be my 100th birthday. :-)

EDIT: like Geirla said, yes, probably modern shoes won't have laces. But probably some old fashioned stuff will be cool because it'll be different from the "normal".

interesting. so you subscribe to the "borg" aesthetic of ubiquitous computing. i have a friend who did some pioneering work in the field, and his theory was quite the opposite, that the technology will become invisible and the effects fully integrated with a normal surroundings. it will be interesting to see which aesthetic prevails, or how they'll blend.
