Description

It`s not photo-manipulation. This building (in Tartu) looks like Tower of Pisa in Italy. Have a nice day! Maire

OMG, I bet that just does wonders for property values on this leaning edifice, Maire. How do they keep things from sliding off the shelves and tables? Anyway, a spectacular night capture of this anomaly, young lady. Should draw in the tourist crowds from near and far.

Is this due to the melting of the permafrost in your region? An impressive capture and phenomenon altogether!

I hope the furnishings are all anchored to the floors, here. This is quite an architectural masterpiece...just for the fun of it. There was a row house near me which looked like this, however, it WAS sinking into the ground on one side and had to be torn down. But, people were still living in it.
