Description
For my 100th image (!)
a few little lockets for the 'season of lights'!
The bottom one is the original,
and (dear Helle)
it's the image I used for your Mother's flower (here)
and for my last upload (here)
(yes, that 'solstice child' was from the same flower...)
WC, inks, pencils & Photoshop.

These are spectacular Mark and each one a treasure it it's own right. Helle is right it is amazing how much the images can change with filters and a bit of tender care applied. Your 100th image is so typical of what one will find in your gallery Mark as it is literally filled with beauty and wonder.

Wow these are outstanding and I agree it is amazing how you can change the look of a specimen with the use of filters. Excellent work, many congratulations on you 100th, you have a really beautiful gallery, you are very talented!! Happy Christmas and hugs Jane xx

Wonderful set of variations- the bottom one is most attractive to my eye, recalls oil pastel or chalk on very toothy papers - lovely works. The feel of quick know marks is joyous and free. Today is Winter Solstice - I've decided to light candles this morning just for warmth to begin with - have a merry one Mark.

Wonderful variations on a theme, Mark. And thanks for sharing 100 image with us!

Today is the shortest day of the year, which means tomorrow is longer; my mind wraps itself around that idea and I can see a tiny bit more light. Your images speak to me that way, and these flowers somehow do just that. The middle one is my favorite, has a boldness, a presence if you will that captures my eye. Beautifully done--all of them.
