Description
I don't know about other countries, but in England the two yellow lines beside the pavement mean no parking and you will get a ticket. Maybe the owner of this car has so much money he does not think the rules apply to him.

In Cornwall we would throw bits of Cornish Pasty over the windscreen, bonnet and roof, that should attract the Seagulls !

Bloody twockers, so that's where they left it :)...Seriously though, I couldn't agree more with you David, there is a growing trend towards those with money beleiving they are outside the law, we see this with the behaviour of several soccer stars, splendid shot.

In so many ways people who have money are above the law. It's true in every aspect of life. Its a theory that cutting corners, walking over people etc is what got this person the money in the first place!!!! I'm too much of a wimp to go out and risk it all over and over and take huge chances to make my millions! In a hundred years time we will all be dead anyway, so I guess this guy is maybe taking the wiser path than I!!!!!!
