Oh, I believe in Yesterday
I had to find something Beatles for this photo, lol. I had a lot of fun with this one, trying to teach myself how to do this, for all the money we pay for Photoshop it should come with a private instructor. Michael thanks for helping with the frame again haha you actually picked the one I liked as well, we must think alike. Hope you all enjoy it
I am almost sorry for my last title after seeing some of recent photos in the gallery, where cars are buried in piles of snow, how about Let it Snow.. just a little. Hope you are all staying warm..

AWWWW very nice !!! I like it [^^] The Shirley Temple image is so sweet, reminds me of an original 1937 magazine that I have with her on the cover [^^], She lives in Woodside California about eight miles from where I used to live up until last year [^^] Great job on this, great work as usual [^^] Cheers, Roger

Lynell this is simply amazing and I love seeing all of the greats from the past in your image. Not just the Beatles but Betty, Judy, Shirley and all the rest really made my night.

it's 20 here and snowing again/still/forever and it looks like we're actually going to have a White Christmas! Great picture
goodoleboy
Wow, pictures of the Beatles, Shirley Temple, Marilyn Monroe, along with a tarot card, on display among the many nostalgic objects you included in this composition, Lynell. And, where I reside here at a little above sea level in Southern California, there ain't no snow! We're fortunate to even get rain. Snow in the mountains, though.

Brillinat work and postwork. I love snow because I have never seen it. Bring it on:)

What a coincidence. If you get a chance, check out my upload of today, "Grandson and Friend". Just had David (Fred255) teach me the same thing. You've got the technique down pat. Great subject for selective coloring! Bill

LOL I saw Bill's use of this technique earlier today, and it looks like Great Minds Think Alike to me. You've done a great job with it!

yeah, some places got hit with a lot of snow, but you have a right to own the stuff just like the rest of us, I loved that shot and the snow was the special sauce on the entree...as for this potpourri, you really packed in a world! I always look full-view, but this one demands it: You got a great beatles shot (I agree with Dave, great bunch of oldies) (man, where'd you find that shot!), an old playing card, the Wizard of Oz-ites, some whacked out cartoon figure in front who honestly looks like a Hindu God on a tear, ol' Shirley Temple, someone who looks like Edith Piaf (could be wrong) (hey—I just realized that playing card is Betty Page! That's who Dave meant!) and some great memorabilia including that great stately container/cookie box/sewing box...Great collection, terrific job. Nice for the season where everyone is gathering inside. Hope your week is splendid. It sure has been splendid coming here this year!

LOL! I agree with your PS comment Lynell! It's hard enough to get a good shot and then learning how to apply the post work is another story. I guess we have to be thankful that there are such tools! Great selective coloring work! Happy Holidays!
