Description


Here is a chipmunk I saw sitting on a Beech tree limb today. It is a nippy 21°f outside and we got eighteen inches of snow last night into this morning. This photo is taken with my wife's camera as it was first in my reach. A full size view will let you see how pink and cold its nose is. Thank you for looking. Time for me to nap - since 17 of the past 24 hours I have been driving a snow plowing truck. Best to all- GB-

Wow. Wonder if he ran out of food? That would be the only thing that might drive him out. They don't fully hibernate, they have a storeroom filled with food for the winter. I agree with MrsLubner .. you snowplowers of highways are indeed angels!
