when I was young my mother would break out her holiday plates, but mainly because there were more relatives than plates yours are very beautiful.happy holidays

Those are stunning dishes! I want some like that...when I was small we had Christmas dinner at my grandmother's house, and used her good china, which had a beautiful pattern of small flowers on it. She, and the china, are long gone, and it seems dinner is at a different house every year. This year, because of all the snow, it's just me and my parents (my sister is snowed in!), and we may set a new tradition and go out for dinner! Beautiful composition in this shot, and the color of the china pattern makes for a wonderful image!
