Description

I'm not even sure what got me into doing this but... I wanted to create my own skin texture. So I managed to get a great photograph of a young model's face and proceded to morph it onto the texture map, etc etc etc. What started out as a lark became this ongoing exercise in trying to work out the little imperfections. I went through about 15 renders trying to see how it would look, add in the makeup and so on. Anyway, here's the result. (The face seems a little lighter than the body - that's because I did the face texture and used a basic body mat that's a tad darker. I'll need to work on that.) I also decided to come up with a new face morph. I was trying to do one that had Scarlet Johansen's lips - she has the best lips. I also tried to get the nose close to hers too. Anyway, I think the character turned out rather pretty. (That's where the title came from.) I did a tad of postwork on the hair but other than adding in the background I didn't do much else. I was also playing with lighting and render options to improve my rendering. Ok, well, all this playing around has gotten me behind on doing comments. So, I will catch up on those as soon as possible. Thank you very much for all your comments and favs on my last picture. I really appreciate it. 3 days to go until Christmas! P.S.
