Description
This is the bridge of the P.S.S. Midway, a battlecarrier-class starship from the Terran Protectorate.
The captain's command station is in the center. It's a "working station" instead of him or her just sitting in a chair. It can access any screen any crewmember is looking at and has private communications equipment.
Behind her and to her right is the engineering control station. Damage control, power distribution and the master systems display are here. Counter-clockwise from that is the sensor operator's station. The blonde is at the tactical station, next to helm control and then ops at the bottom of the image.
Unseen are the communications station and the map table/long-range navigation, which I'll show in an image of the bridge from another angle later.
This is a heavily kitbashed model, but I really like how it came out. I didn't want it to look like every other bridge on a space ship you've seen.

The command station and helm are from the Antares bridge set, ops and tactical are from stonemason's medbay, and a lot of the other stuff is from Team Dystopia's Command Center and Mindvision's sci-fi PICK set.

A very fine kitbash, indeed! Seamlessly arranged. Love the details, the uniforms, the posing of the figures. Everything works together--as the bridge of a major starship ought. Merry Christmas! I've just gotten back on the Net after three frustrating weeks with major breakdowns of both my computers within a half an hour of each other. Then after getting them fixed, my modem refused to cooperate with the computers. Go figure! Thanks for your many visits to my gallery and for all the encouraging comments this past year.
