No she's not an ex-girlfriend!
She's a ruthless character seen briefly (V3 version) in the short Exfiltration (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brRiESpQOb0) Redesigned here as a younger V4 version in an old photo from perhaps another life.
This was mainly an excuse to play with the multipass in Carrara 7, and Filter Forge.
