Description
This is my daughter Shawna. She is 17 now. She is the oldest of my five children and she has grown into such a beautiful, smart young woman. She has grown so fast as children do. It seems like just yesterday I was changing her diapers, then sending her off to kindergarten and now one more year and she will be going off to college. She has her own life now and doesnt need mom as much as she used to. All i can do is tell her that I love her and I will always be there when ever she needs me. I just miss my little girl.

Yes it is hard to let go of your children. I have 2 daughters and 2 sons with only one of the daughters at home, she is 14 going on 25 and I hate to see her go, but someday not far from now she will. Stay close to mend the heartbreaks and be there for the triumphs. Nice portrait
