Yeh, you'll need to increase the atmosphere samples to something in the region of at least 40 to get rid of the noise. Maybe too much contrast between the bright high saturation green-and-brown of the foreground and the dark nearby trees for good colour balance. Also a darker/less saturated foreground would better reflect the overcast sky. Generally, though, a good landscape scene with good mountain formation and clouds.
