Description
This is footprints in the snow... not that you can really tell. I took this last week after the big snow storm. The tree still has leaves on it! So, I wrote another love poem... I know, I'm pathetic, but I'm in that mood. Maybe with my next post I will have something new and original.
Following where you may go
Walking with you in the snow
Hoping someday it will show
How my love of you does grow
And so I write another line
Of my lonely little rhyme
Hoping it will surpass time
And that someday you will find
Locked away another day
In my heart forever stays
What I really want to say
But instead I start to fade
So now I let myself shine bright
Red with color, I will fight
Trying to make my life right
You will always be my knight

I agree with blainenorth, your love poems are awesome!! Im surprised that that little tree still has leaves. Hardy little thing aint it, just clinging to the life it had before the winter... I know how it feels, lol. Stay warm and safe and have fun this new years eve.

the snow print fits the poem perfectly.... is the print fading, or is it something that was there for so long waiting for you to find it that it had blended into the surroundings? Beautiful work on both the picture and the fantastic love poem. seth

Well it had been there for a while, but it was starting to snow as well, so it was in the process of being filled in.
