I have always had a love for giraffes. Taken at Knoxville Zoo.

Why didn't they invite the giraffe to the New Years party?

giraffes are photogenic by nature, but what makes this special is your composition. You have the kind of criss-cross that looks as if you worked with them for 4 hours, telling them, "no, over there: No—there..." Obviously they didn't pose (!) but you sure captured a great pose regardless. It's perfectly blended with the rocks, and the trees flow with them too. Also, that big blue rock (front-right) is a fine accent too. A real piece of design, and still you got different moods for the giraffes: One's in bright light, the other in shadow. Fine work. (Wouldn't it be something if the giraffes left a comment? Think they go to Rosity???)
