Description

A lovely little member of the sparrow family that is here only in winter. Taken in the same pastel early morning light as yesterday's carolina wrens. Thank you very kindly for your views and comments.

sparrows are misaligned often but I think they are beautiful birds and have the nerve of an eagle.superb shot

Just beautiful! It seems like they are almost always on the ground under the feeders here (not very picturesque). You've caught a wonderful pose with a great background!!!

I loved your Carolina Wren shot yesterday and this is just as lovely. I wish I could get pics of the birds that visit my garden but alas, but the time I get them in frame, they are no longer there!
