Description
I visited Rietvlei Nature reserve on Sunday and yesterday Austin Roberts Bird Sanctuary.This is the closest that the Pied Kingfisher came to me yet.I got a few very close up captures of the Pied Kingfisher.

Great capture of this wonderful bird. We have kingfishers in Germany as well, but they're smaller and blue/orange colored. I see them from time to time but never was able to photograph one yet. Well done! :)
