Description

Bomaw ~ Derrick's Hell
The horror, the anguish that attacked Derrick McPherson was unending - all he could think of at this moment, were the words his wife had screamed at him as she threatened to leave him. "You don't get it do you?! This woman is out of her mind! All she see's is you! All she wants is you! And I - am the one person she feels that is standing in her way! What is it going to take before you start taking this serious? You waiting on her to kill me?!" She shouted in a frenzy while packing. Angry because she wanted to deal with her on her terms, but Derrick didn't want that kind of trouble, and stated instead, that he would take out a restraining order. That he would report her to the school board, surely that would make her back off. "Derrick, she knows where we live, where I live! I want her address, after all she knows where I am, now tell me where she lives?!" She demanded. "Meri please! You're going too far with this! If we ignore her, she'll go away!" "She's calling our home Derrick! How many times did she call just this week? And you think she's going to just suddenly give up and leave us alone? She hates me Derrick, she's said as much!" "There's still no need to overreact Meri, once the restraining order is served, that'll be the end of her!" "And if it's not?" "We'll bring charges against her then, I promise." Derrick's hell was, that it was too late, his wife now lie in the emergency room, fighting for her life, because the woman who couldn't take no for an answer stalked him, harrassed his wife, and after being served a restraining order, followed his wife and ran her over in the street. The woman who was the love of his life, mother to his 6 children, now may not live to see tomorrow - and all he wanted, was a way out of his hell! His mother stood before him trying to console him, his sister by his side, too stunned to speak, his children present and the others on the way. He wanted to shout to the heavens and ask why?! But he knew why, it was because he had not heeded his wife's words. "God please, don't let my wife die... please!" ==================== Continued at Bomaw.com ==================== Credits... Mercy this is incredible work my friend and really filled with suspense. It reminds me so much of a case I watched the other night from Texas. You did a great job of capturing the emotions of everyone in the room.

I was so proud of this, because finally I have a computer that can handle such a load, but dangit, if the lighting didn't send me around the twist! So that I am not happy about, but I worked on it for so long, that I can tell you now, that I'm done. I have to get back to Patience, but due to Daz Studio 2.3.3.146 - all of my pre-made characters cannot be reloaded, or re-opened, so now I must re-create them all from the model up again. So after I do that, Patience will definitely resume!

Very nice work MKeyes, both in story and in tech. I know what you mean about PC power or lacking in my case:( But not only dose it teach us Patience it teachs us creativity and finding ways to convey our story;) Solid story telling and very creative artwork, keep up the good work. CHEERs.

Lighting aside, this is a good image. The storytelling from the facial expressions and body language expresses loss and anguish well.

Lots of figures! Gotta love lots of figures! Yeah the lighting is a weak point in this one. A large waiting area like this would offer a great deal of difficulty regardless of how simple it might seem at first. An acurate emulation of flourescant lighting at the angle of your camera would probably be best using an environment light. UberEnvironment using no light probe around 75% intensity pure white with AO at highest quality. I don't recommend the UE often because of long render times but this scene is crying out for it.

Quite a story... I hope it's all make belief... I know that crap goes on everywhere... and when you think you got it bad, talk to someone else.... Life can suck. In under 3 years, I've lost 3 people close to me by death... 2 was by suicide - people can mess each other up emotionally... Shame we can't go back to the cave man days - forget that, they didn't have toilet paper - lol Fantastic picture and story - well done.

Well Sis, as you know, I am so touched. Saw this image and couldn't comment until I finished Series 11. Yep, the cliffhanger. I am reminded above of Meribels's urging Derrick to let her handle it her way. Maybe that wasn't so good an idea either because that woman is a "Boss Nut". The story is so fine and so very well written. And now that you have that computer that can do what your brain would have it do, wondrous images will spill out, just like this one. You should be very proud of it. Because it depicts this point in time wonderfully. What you wrote is sure what we see. Magnificent!!! I am just too proud of you. Hugs a Plenty.
