WoW! Such intricacy. A great amount of detail and yet you can't quite tell what it is you are looking at! Fascinating. I've always wondered on works such as this... do you start in a corner and work your way across (to avoid smearing) or can you rough it in and then add details overall? This looks like it took a great deal of time.
