Description

Shot on the same morning as
thumb_1791123.jpg
in August 2005. The colors in the background belong to the glorious sky (the sun just appeared on the horizon) and some plants. The dragonfly should be an "Erythromma viridulum", a rather tiny species, which was covered over and over with dewdrops. P.S. forgot the exif: Canon EOS 20d - Sigma 150/2.8 - ISO800 - 1/320s - f10.0 With best wishes for 2009 Karsten

@ vlaatje: it's not so unusual - just take a walk on a summer morning (very early, between 5 and 6.30 am) when the night was cool and misty. You'll find many motifs like this. (I have some more) ;)

Fantastic shot! I always search for them during summer mornings. It's early, but it's worth it! They're at their best at these moments. Wonderful!
