Description
As many of you will know, I was delighted last year (gosh, 2008 is now "last year"!) to become keyboard player in the Prog Rock band "Manning". Our new album "Number Ten" is the first that I have played on and I was also heavily involved in doing all the artwork for the cover and booklet.
Although the official release date is 14 Feb, copies of "Number Ten" can be ordered now and as they are now printed and available, they will be despatched as soon as possible. You can find out more information - and download the first track "Ships" for FREE - from http://www.guymanning.com
Done some months ago now, this is the illustration that I did to go with "Ships" in the booklet (allowing space on the left to print the lyrics!). It is basically Kaol's wonderful Seatraveler model rendered in Vue.

Excellent scene. Beatiful sunset, a sailing ship and, no doubt, a naked lady in the Captain's cabin serving rum. What more could a man want? ;0) The wake is a nice touch, how did you do that?
