Description

The last scene in the series from the children's book about Misty the baby dragon - this will either be the final story illustration or an endpiece. In this scene, Misty's parents and the people in the village have become friends - and now Misty can enjoy playing with her new friends any time she wishes! (I might add a few more touches to this scene before it is published...) I hope you enjoyed reading and viewing this series as much as I did in creating it. My intent was to have two major themes come out strong for the kids, and I hope these came out for you too: -- Don't judge people (or dragons LOL) until you get to know them; and -- Don't be afraid to do what is right! SHAMELESS PLUG: For copyright defense and other reasons, I did not post: every scene; every plot twist; detailed dialog. If you want the FULL story - you'll have to get the book LOL! Great finallie, I've always loved how you crafted that baby dragon and you end with such a marvelous and happy expression. Life looks good for the little fella now. Good luck on the publishing process and I would like to hear how it goes for you! Well done Larry and a I am glad that you were able to bring this work to a conclusion. Something I am still struggling with in my work..but then i don't have publisher deadlines wipping me on :-)

Oh this is a fantastic render, Larry - the positioning is fabulous and Misty is going to be a great hit with kids, I'm certain. I can only imagine all the work you put into this - getting all the kids to "play nice" so to speak, and their limbs fitting around Misty etc. GREAT job, Larry!

Superb posing in this and it would make a lovely endpiece to your wonderful story! If it is used as a the final story illustration I would be tempted to add a village background to fit in with the style of the other images?
