Ever believe in another world? Ever wonder if the things you think of in your mind exist, the things that seem like they could never be? Maybe they do. Maybe that world that you think you imagined is real. The only problem is, how does one get there?Â
Through pictures one can create their perfect world. In stories one can tell about it. And even if one does not have their own world, they can see others, and share with them that experience.
I am a witer. Although I am not great at art work, I still like to see the worlds of others. A small glimpse into another's mind. Sometimes it makes you question existance.
Now tell me, Have I made you question yours?
Now here is a question for you to ponder. What is the difference between the quiet one and the silent one?

What a beautiful place!! I swear you're poetry just keeps getting better. I have only been to the states that border California and I think Maine looks a lot like Oregon. I would love to see Maine at some point just to prove myself wrong. Great shot and wonderful poem. Keep up the good work girl. Oh yeah, Happy New Year!!

It would be good to exist in those vast forests... nothing but nature to surround you. Beautiful image...Nice capture of a moment of serene isolation. seth

gentle poem, and an even gentler photo. I was in Maine several times and saw most of the state, and as an outsider I was awestruck at the continuous beauty. (I come from the Midwest, so maybe it's easier to fall in love with it when you've lived in flat country all your life!) You captured this with the soft patina of a dream, a slightly soft-focus capture, as if it were painted-over with a paintbrush filled with atmosphere. It's lush, and the road seems to be swallowed in those forests, and it strikes me as everything Maine was in winter. You even have that little inroad to the right of the main road, something you see there (with the little box for something or other). Gentle sensitive work & very nice light. And a sensitive poem too.
