Description
Just a quickie today and it's not even a painting all the way through...it's not a render either...it's a digital painting that I've crushed through a plugin for Photoshop called Fractalius.
It's an amazing plugin and can be recommended.
This picture is simply a way to express what it feels like to live with a Neuropathic Pain Disorder...which is the name of a group of chronic pain disorders. It's a deep burning pain that simply won't go away.
I've had it myself in different stages for the past 13 years now and I'm far from alone. There are millions out there with this problem.
So if you recognize this kind of pain together with high skin sensitivity...well, in that case you're far from alone.

Gaiadriel - I believe that it's still called RSD...if not, it's still the same as it always been. Neuropathic Pain Disorder is just another name...like all the others they have on this. deeckon - sorry to hear about your pain. For whatever it might be worth - I know how it feels.

As you know Christa I am so sorry you have such pain to go through. I have chronic pain too with Fibromyalgia and arthritis so understand some of what you go through my friend. You have created an amazing artwork to convey just what you go through, it is amazing.
