Description

this is 2 fotos hand stitched and I had to replace the sky .the silo is so long that I had to adjust the perspective to try and align.not perfect but maybe you will enjoy. it is located in Saginaw, Texas on the north side of Ft Worth.actually another silo there is longer than this one.I was about a block distance from my vantage point and I used my 10-20 Sigma wide angle at 10mm thanks for for having a look and any comments

Amazing capture with composition. Given the size of the silo a real achievement being able to stitch and merge into a cool panoramic shot.

Amazing photo work, Richard! One of the things I enjoy about your work is the element of surprise. Each day I am presented with a wide variety of images, including parts of the US that I haven't seen. And your commentaries are equally enlightening. Keep up your incredibly enjoyable work, my friend!!!!!By the way, I didn't know there was a Saginaw, Texas. I spent some time in Saginaw, Michigan, big difference I,d say!

Another brilliancy, richardphotos--including the insight into grain silos as the the fit and proper subject of an eminently pertinent and contemporary economic panorama. At some point Americans will come to the realization of the utter incompetence of their ruling elite, open and hidden, save to cement their own power and wealth at everyone else's expense. That also includes war. This will be sooner or later. What one sees in these silos is the product of fuel, insecticide, and fertilizer, thus also of petroleum, sent off to be processed into potato chips or hamburger helper, to feed not the masses, but the processors and marketers. The bureaucrats plan is to rig a gizmo on every vehicle to record both mileage and location, and they expect the consumer to pay for it. Then will then switch from fuel taxes to mileage taxes. Homeland Security, naturally, will also be delighted. And who will pay the mileage taxes in the end? Those who drive the most? Nonsense, it will be immediately added to the price of potato chips and hamburger helper and surveillance cameras, among other things. Bon appetit!
