Description
Evil lurks in the shadows. Who? And why? Feeling strange, she lifts her hand to her sword....
First image of 2009! This one I had to clean up in Photoshop because the intense texture mapping did not leave much room left for dynamics.

The thumbnail REALY caught my attention. It a good piece of work but its conventional, if I could be a little critical. It needs something to be the FOUCS, ie. no one thing draws the eye. Realy good piece of work (sorry for the advice) I'll be looking for your other stuff.

Really nice job, love the sense of suspense - and that she seems more than ready to meet the unknown LOL! Great job, very strong character here.

Superb use of light and dark and shadows to create a very atmospheric image with a strong sense of danger and tension. Excellent expression and pose on the girl who looks genuinely unnerved. Good work!

Wow, excellent job here. Her look with her eyes cast askance is just perfect. The dark lighting with the obscure shadows really adds to the suspense of the scene! Beautiful work, well crafted... this makes me want to check out your gallery!

Fantastic image and great work with the light and shadows! Her expression is fantastic and the shadowy corridor behind her certainly lends to the aura of foreboding.
