Description
Some friends of mine asked me to create something as a Christmas gift to them that they could print, frame, and put up on the wall. This is what I came up with. (It's just a small preview render, I haven't rendered the print resolution one yet.) And this is where you come in... :-)
Any ideas for things that need to be added? Anything that should be taken out? Any crits at all (good or bad) would help a lot. I've been looking at this things for two days straight now. I need different eyes on it.
I want it to be something that they won't mind looking at all the time.
Thanks for any input you may have, I really appreciate it. And thanks for looking.
Mike

It is very difficult to judge your own work. This is very good, has a very painterly look and feel and the scene layout and PoV is wonderful. Nicely done.

Very nicely done....especially the foreground area....my only crit is that my eyes travel across the image from left to right nicely until I get to the house and then the way the house is positioned makes my eyes go off the right side of the image. Maybe turn the house so the backside is facing toward the wagon (a 90 degree turn)....other than this, it's a very good illustration.

Beautiful composition !

It's a lovely scene, but for a print, I'd change the atmosphere as the building and terrains in the background look a little washed out

Very nice scene! The only suggestion I have is to tone down the greenness of the foreground plants a little. Some more yellowish hue (like the grass/weed around it) or some more color variation might help. But maybe that's just a personal preference. :)

Excellent!!!

Wonderful work I would just tone down the green and add a graduation to the sky and change those blues a little
