Description

My wife got a calendar of cute cat pictures at Christmas and I thought it would be fun to try to produce something similar digitally - only this one looked like it had rather more attitude! Wow, very nice! This is very reminiscent of the "wake up" call I get in the morning LOL: My cat Chloe sits on my chest until I wake up and I'm greeted with a closeup similar to this one LOL! Great render, lots of fun!

Nice one Phil! The expression and mood of this, is just totally cat to me. The look on his (her?) face looks like "Man, I'm a cat. So you know, I'm all aloof, but later I'll let you scratch me behind the ears. Or maybe I won't, I don't know I'll figure it out later. I'm gonna go play with some string now..." Great job on the dynamic fur, BTW!

I absolutely love cats and do I ever know that look! This looks fantastic! Really, really nice work on the fur. Could pass as a photograph easily.
