Just for fun...If we are blessed we have something that reminds us of our Loved ones...In my case, Bert & Ernie are from a best friend in Decatur Il. The Treadle Singer Sewing machine came from my Great Grand Mother...The Soft female on looker on the wall came from my mom, she had grand taste in art...She and I found Popeye at a garage sale...

Goni it is such a pleasure to see you post once again my dear friend and this image is priceless. Thank you for sharing a photo of the gifts you have gotten over the years that hold so much meaning for you. No one can ever forget Bert & Ernie and as for the Sewing Machine it is a special treat for me as I have one that looks just like it that I am trying to restore.

Hi Goni! I haven't had a minute to answer anyones mail since I got Tanner, barely time for anything:-) First let me thank you publicly for all the beautiful comments and the images you faved. I am very honored. I am especially happy that you faved Tanners pics, as I said to Dane, I know its probably not easy for you right now and so I appreciate that you did that, also thank you for adding me to your fav artists, again I am honored...Now to the photo, I love looking at memories, especially the ones that make me remember too. This is awesome, I had a treddle machine, in fact I learned to sew on one:-) I am a collector of dolls and watched Popeye when I was a child. I of course, love the art and I see feathers, another of my passions. In my grans house there was a huge vase filled with peacock feathers and I have some of those. I am blessed and so are you...Your memories are beautiful and I thank you for sharing them with us, its a wonderful shot!
